how I improved my metabolism (3 realistic tips)
These tips have helped me learn that our bodies NEED MORE FOOD TO SEE RESULTS! This is the personal research I undertook that helped me improve my relationship with food, and overall encouraged me to eat more for my goals.
A lot of weight loss videos are centered around dieting or reducing your cals to see results, but I have a different take..
it's better to ADD to your life and your routine.
ADD walks, ADD veggies to your meals, ADD protein
overall the most important thing is your happiness and a healthy relationship with food!
And while yes, any fat loss requires a caloric deficit, I personally believe the best way to achieve this small deficit is by increasing daily movement rather than counting calories. I believe that instead of "dieting" it's more effective to have a balanced approach to eating.
